Fresh the Pike is a large, blob-like assassin belonging to the group Bandersnatch, which trades in human body parts, using or consuming those not needed. Within the group, he serves as the designated surveillance operative. His most notable feature is the grafting of his victims' breasts onto his own body.

He operates as part of a team employed by Shell Septinos to eliminate Rune Balot and stop her testimony. His fellow team members are Welldone the Pussyhand, Medium the Fingernail, Rare the Hair, and Mincemeat the Wink.
