This crisis stems from the disappearance of Princesses Snow White, Cinderella, and Kaguya-hime, causing their respective worlds to erode. These vanishing tales also trigger disruptions within the human world where they are cherished. To avert extinction, the Queen dispatches three Ma-Pets—Sei, Dai, and Ryoku—carrying magical gems to the human world. Their task is to find three specific girls: Ringo Yukimori, Leila Takashiro, and Natsuki Sasahara. These chosen humans transform into "Princess Idols" known as Lilpri, collecting "Happiness Tones" through their songs to rejuvenate Fairyland.

She is the mother of Prince Chris, who works in the human world as the idol Wish. The Queen harbors deep affection for her son, frequently expressing longing during his absence. Within Fairyland, she is known for her culinary specialty: rice omelets. She coordinates the realm's restoration efforts from her throne, relying on intermediaries like the Ma-Pets and Roo, a faithful flower nymph consistently at her side.
