Makao, one of the twin doll antagonists in *Crayon Shin-chan: Great Adventure in Henderland*, wields dark magical abilities alongside Joma. Leading a force of dark magic-wielding creatures within the fairy tale-themed Henderland park, the twins pursue world domination through deception and environmental manipulation. They orchestrated the capture of Prince Gorman, transforming him into the snowman Su Noman Par using evil magic, and imprisoned Princess Mimori's soul within a doll.

To recover lost magical cards vulnerable to their dark power but essential for their plans—cards requiring a living wielder for full power—Makao and Joma dispatch henchmen like Cre.G.Mad and Chokirin. They subsequently send Su Noman Par to infiltrate Shinnosuke Nohara's home and community under false pretenses. When this fails, they lure Shinnosuke's parents to Henderland, replacing them with enchanted puppets to gain leverage.

During the climactic confrontation at their palace, Makao and Joma challenge Shinnosuke and his family to a dance fight and a card game, losing both. Shinnosuke discovers a method to defeat the twins using the magical cards. Makao and Joma are ultimately destroyed seconds apart as their castle crumbles, joining together in their final moments.
