Description
Ricardo, born an Evil Chojin, was raised in Brazil by the Justice Chojin master Pashango after his parents hid his evil lineage. Trained in submission holds, he adopted the "Submission Artist" persona, concealing his appearance with tights, an armored vest, and a helmet featuring a tinted visor. A sparring session led Pashango to uncover Ricardo's link to the evil d.M.p faction. Ricardo killed his master using the Torture Slash technique, staging the death as an accident. Unseen by Ricardo, Pashango's student Silva witnessed him stomping his master's corpse to confirm the kill, though Silva kept silent initially.

Gaining popularity in Brazil, Ricardo entered the Chojin Olympics. During his first-round match against The Skyscraper, combat strain shattered his disguise, revealing his monstrous true form: the purple-skinned "Lord of Darkness" with orange eyes, horns jutting from his mouth, and jaguar-piranha hybrid traits. In this form, Ricardo fought with savage brutality, discarding wrestling rules and mercy. He defeated The Skyscraper with the Torture Slash, advancing to face Jade. Despite Jade's team conceding defeat by throwing in the towel, Ricardo persisted, nearly killing Jade with another Torture Slash, fully embracing death-match tactics and rejecting both Justice and Evil Chojin paths.

Ricardo's techniques specialized in joint manipulation and bodily destruction:
- **Torture Slash**: A suplex variation hyperextending limbs and spine, potentially splitting opponents from the groin upward.
- **Zuffàra**: A leg and back submission applying crushing pressure to the abdomen and chest.
- **Araña Clutch**: A combined triangle choke and arm lock targeting the neck and shoulders.
- **Iguaçu Lock**: A leg submission capable of breaking limbs or bisecting unyielding opponents.
As Lord of Darkness, he wielded the **Piranha Bracelet**, a spiked projectile launched from his wrist and retracted via a chain linked to his horn, alongside brutal strikes like the **Tempest Coil** and **Boiling Lariat**.

In the semi-finals against Mantaro Kinniku, Pashango's students—Hugo, Silva, and Hitode—publicly exposed Ricardo's murder of their master and his d.M.p heritage. Silva confirmed witnessing Ricardo desecrate Pashango's body post-killing, cementing Ricardo's alignment with his inherent evil nature. After a prolonged battle involving electrically charged obstacles, Mantaro defeated Ricardo with the Muscle Millennium technique. Following this loss, Ricardo vanished completely, leaving no trace in subsequent events.
