Meg is a two-year-old Papillon and one of three female members of the Hills Dogs, operating within the Hoppongi Hills Dog Paradise. Sassy and ambitious, she relentlessly pursues her dream of becoming an idol through frequent auditions. This ambition ignites a fierce rivalry with Audrey of the opposing Shirogane Dogs, as they compete intensely for stardom.

Within the Hills Dogs, Meg serves by massaging the group's leader, Seto, in her dog form using her feet. Like her companions, she transforms into a human via Seto's magic.

Her appearance features brown and white fur, consistently accessorized with a gold heart pendant and a pink skirt.
