Fuyuka Liqueur was employed at a television station before encountering Gigelf Liqueur, a potent sorcerer leading Project Gaia. Her innate magical abilities surfaced during their relationship, leading her to become a sorceress. Their marriage produced a daughter, Katsumi Liqueur.

Fuyuka participated in the events of Project Gaia in 1999, Gigelf's initiative to replace Earth's polluted atmosphere with the clean air of the Nemesis dimension. Ganossa Maximilian, Gigelf's apprentice, sabotaged the project, triggering an invasion by Lucifer Hawks from another dimension. After Gigelf perished fighting the Lucifer Hawks in 2006, Fuyuka raised Katsumi alone.

Years later, Fuyuka developed a terminal illness. Katsumi visited her frequently during her hospitalization, where Fuyuka voiced deep concern for her daughter's future safety against the persistent Lucifer Hawk threat. Fuyuka eventually succumbed to her illness, passing away while Katsumi was still young.

Her death profoundly impacted Katsumi, fueling feelings of vulnerability and contributing to her initial hesitation to embrace her magical heritage and join the Attacked Mystification Police (AMP). Fuyuka's origin as a non-magical human who discovered powers later in life, combined with her marriage to Gigelf (who possessed distant Lucifer Hawk ancestry), established the mixed heritage Katsumi inherited. This heritage later became vital in the conflict against Nemesis. Fuyuka served as a stabilizing force for Gigelf during Project Gaia and was a caring mother whose absence created a significant void in her daughter's life.
