Description
Alba Meira, born in Germany, endured the loss of his parents at three and grew up in an orphanage with his younger twin brother, Soiree. The siblings fled the institution at fourteen, finding refuge in Southtown under the protection of Fate, a crime boss who gradually eroded their distrust of adults. By eighteen, Alba departed Fate’s mentorship to carve his own legacy within the city’s underworld. After Fate’s death in a clash against the Mephistopheles syndicate, Alba pursued vengeance against its leader, Duke, only to uncover Duke’s indirect role in the tragedy. Despite this revelation, Alba triumphed over Duke, reluctantly ascending as Southtown’s leader and founding the gang "Sons of Fate" to enforce stability.

Stern and emotionally guarded, Alba rarely reveals his feelings, communicating with cold eloquence yet unwavering loyalty to his brother and allies. As Southtown’s de facto ruler, he orchestrates crisis responses, such as evacuating citizens during a devastating fire in *The King of Fighters: Another Day* OVA, where he crossed paths with Kyo Kusanagi while investigating the chaos.

In *KOF: Maximum Impact 2*, encounters with Luise Meyrink and Jivatma of the Kushiel faction expose ties to his history and a prophecy foretelling the emergence of Judeim. Defeating Jivatma triggers a cryptic, dual-voiced dialogue in the game’s conclusion, suggesting Alba’s awakening to an inherent identity linked to Judeim and deeper metaphysical forces.

Alba’s combat prowess centers on projecting white energy surges, augmenting strikes with wind or electricity, and detecting nearby adversaries. His hybrid martial arts style merges Kung-fu with techniques reminiscent of Aikido, prioritizing precise punches and counters—a stark contrast to Soiree’s fluid capoeira.

Beyond battle, he avoids fish-based meals, enjoys billiards and driving, and possesses an aptitude for memorizing numerical patterns. His epithet, "The Devil of Daybreak," draws from the Italian and Spanish roots of his name, meaning "dawn."
