Description
Boyacky Butsukusa is the primary inventor and technology expert for the Doronbo Gang throughout the franchise. Tall and slim, he sports prominent buck teeth, a mustache, and typically wears a green uniform that exposes his midsection. His personality blends intellectual brilliance with overt lecherous tendencies, most notably an obsessive desire for admiration from high school girls that frequently drives his motivations.

Before joining the gang, Boyacky aspired to be a noodle chef in Koriyama. He received a special rolling pin from his high school girlfriend, Ohana, but his culinary skills proved inadequate, relegating him to work as a dishwasher. This failure and financial hardship motivated his turn to crime and recruitment into Doronbo. Shame over his circumstances led him to sever contact with Ohana.

In the original *Yatterman* series, Boyacky designs the gang's giant mechas for missions to find Skull Stone fragments. His creations consistently feature critical flaws, often including easily triggered self-destruct mechanisms, leading to repeated defeats by the Yatterman duo and subsequent punishments by boss Dokurobei. Post-dissolution, he returns to civilian life.

Fourteen years later, during *Time Bokan: Royal Revival*, Boyacky initially resists rejoining Doronjo and Tonzura, having married Ohana and established a stable life as a noodle cook. He changes his mind during the gang's near-defeat by Time Skeletons, aiding their victory in a cross-series villain competition. This reunion briefly revives his criminal activities, including confrontations with superheroes like the Gatchaman team.

The *Yatterman 2008* remake reiterates his backstory as a failed noodle chef. His technological role remains consistent, though his comedic traits—especially his fixation on high school girls—are amplified. He employs the versatile "Tokkae Gun," capable of firing lasers, glue projectiles, and more. Despite temporary splits after missions, he consistently reunites with the gang, showing lingering loyalty.

Ultimately, Boyacky permanently abandons crime to successfully operate a noodle shop with Ohana in Kokubun. His legacy endures through Voltkatze, his descendant in *Yatterman Night*, who inherits his alias and fights the oppressive Yatter Kingdom.
