Description
Richard Guyot, also known as Riharuto Gyuō, serves as a high-ranking member of the Chronos Corporation and one of its twelve ruling Zoalords. His human form presents as a middle-aged man with dark skin, green eyes, and a tall blonde flat-top hairstyle, typically dressed in a white business suit. Zoalord optimization grants him a monstrous battle form characterized by bone-white skin with black muscular patches, yellow pupil-less eyes, long horns, and a prominent red Zoacrystal embedded in his forehead.

Before optimization, Guyot discovered the existence of G-Units (Guyver bio-armor units) and theorized that merging with one could grant power surpassing Chronos' leadership. This ambition drove his quest to obtain a unit. During processing in Arizona, Chronos scientist Shinichiro Yamamura attempted to assassinate him using prototype Zoalords, but intervention from other council members ensured his survival. After emerging as a full Zoalord, Guyot systematically eliminated scientists involved in Guyver research to conceal his plans, though Yamamura escaped.

As commander of Chronos' Japan branch, replacing the disgraced Genzo Makishima, Guyot orchestrated efforts to recover lost Guyver units. He deployed specialized Hyper-Zoanoids like Team Five and created the Enzyme series—Guyver-killing Zoanoids—using Genzo as the first prototype. Guyot captured Guyver I (Sho Fukamachi) by transforming Sho's father into an Enzyme II unit, exploiting familial ties to weaken Sho psychologically. However, both Guyver units repeatedly evaded capture due to their regenerative capabilities and external interference.

Guyot's Zoalord form wields gravity manipulation, termed "Gravity Point," enabling levitation, gravitational field alteration, and firing micro-black holes ("Gravity Bullets") from his knuckles. His most devastating technique creates a quasi-black hole capable of planetary destruction, which he unleashed against Chronos founder Archanfel during a confrontation at Relic's Point (Mount Minakami). Though the attack seemingly consumed Archanfel, the black hole nearly spiraled out of control and required assistance from Zoalord Hamilcar Barcas to contain.

Guyot later acquired the Unit Remover, an alien device designed to separate a Guyver from its host. He attempted to use it on Guyver III (Agito Makishima) during a battle in Relic's Point's sub-levels but failed due to exhaustion from prior conflicts. Amid chaos triggered by an ancient spacecraft's activation, Archanfel reappeared, tore out Guyot's Zoacrystal, and left him vulnerable. Guyver III then blasted him into an erupting volcano, seemingly killing him.

Months after Chronos' global takeover ("X-Day"), Guyot resurfaced alive but severely injured, stalking Tokyo with bandaged wounds. He allied with rogue Zoalords Luggnagg de Krumeggnic and Jabir Ibn Hayyan, who reprocessed him with a synthetic Zoacrystal. This restored his powers and reversed the dynamic with his former prototype, Masaki Murakami, who had become a full Zoalord. Reprocessing also granted Guyot command of specialized Zoanoids. His first mission involved recruiting the female Guyver (Valkyria Lisker) for the rogue faction, a task he reportedly accomplished.

In non-manga adaptations, Guyot's portrayal varies. The OVA depicts him as a Chronos operative who survives the Japanese branch's collapse without revealing his Zoalord form or ambitions. The live-action film *Guyver 2: Dark Hero* reimagines him as "Gouo," a human or high-ranking Zoanoid overseeing operations without confirmation of Zoalord status.
