Doll Licca is a magical guardian from the Doll Kingdom, primarily protecting Licca Kayama, later revealed as the kingdom's princess. She appears inert as an ordinary doll stored in a chest until summoned via the Calling Pendant and the incantation "Tururu Kururu Tureiro Kureira," transforming into a larger, human-sized warrior.

Her core mission is defending Licca against threats, particularly from antagonists like Dr. Scarecrow and the demon Devaul, who target Licca for her royal blood. Doll Licca displays absolute loyalty to the royal family, instantly intervening when Licca or her friends face danger. In combat, she wields the magical yo-yo "Light Spinner" with exceptional agility and precision, often using its thread to subdue enemies. Her strength directly links to her summoner's power, weakening if the summoner is physically or magically compromised.

Initially, she functions as a "Mysterious Protector," appearing unexpectedly during crises and vanishing afterward, leaving Licca unaware of her existence. Licca eventually gains direct summoning control using an upgraded Calling Ring bracelet. Doll Licca embodies courage, selflessness, and a nurturing instinct, consistently prioritizing others' safety. She operates alongside fellow Doll Knights Doll Izumi (baton wielder) and Doll Isamu (sword wielder), acting as their de facto leader due to superior combat prowess.

The manga adaptation significantly develops her character, transitioning her from a magical guardian into a fully human form. This culminates in her marriage to Rui Makiyama, Licca's neighbor and love interest, depicting a "Become a Real Boy" arc absent in the anime.

Within the movie "Licca-chan Zettai Zetsumei! Doll Knights no Kiseki," she battles the resurrected witch Dana, who targets Licca during an amusement park visit.
