Description
Minako Ifu, a cheerful high school student with striking blonde hair and sapphire eyes, bears an uncanny resemblance to Venus, the ancient goddess of love. Her ethereal beauty sparks envy and obsessive fixation among peers, rooted in her hidden identity as Venus’s reincarnation. Bound to a mythic past, she is the twin sister and former lover of Deimos, a demon determined to resurrect Venus by claiming Minako’s body, despite her mortal existence.

Deimos infiltrates Minako’s dreams, coaxing her toward the underworld to free his imprisoned goddess. His calculated manipulation blurs as genuine attachment to Minako clashes with his loyalty to Venus. Though resistant, Minako grows increasingly isolated under the weight of supernatural torment, compelled to endure Deimos’s presence for survival. Flickers of unresolved emotion surface toward him, even as his actions devastate her world.

Haunted by relentless danger, Minako faces possession attempts—not only by entities coveting her divine essence but also by Venus herself, enraged by Deimos’s shifting affections. Romantic prospects crumble tragically under his interference, deepening her wariness of intimacy. Despite futile resistance against his power, her defiance persists, a fragile resilience amid forces beyond her control.

Defying Deimos’s warnings, Minako probes a classmate’s disappearance tied to Touko Ohba, a recluse cultivating orchids fed by human sacrifice. Her investigation exposes the estate’s macabre secrets, plunging her into a lethal confrontation. Violence erupts, and she survives only through Deimos’s oblique intervention—a stark reminder of her vulnerability amidst adversaries wielding supernatural cunning.

Minako’s unresolved arc lingers between humanity and divinity. Deimos’s divided loyalties and Venus’s seething jealousy entangle her in an ageless conflict, eroding her innocence into guarded resolve. The incomplete narrative freezes her in this limbo, a mortal girl ensnared in celestial strife, her future suspended between shadowed pasts and tenuous survival.
