Dondora, also known as Don Dracula, is a vampire who serves as a secondary antagonist and loyal subordinate to the sorcerer Sharaku. Tasked with greeting the displaced passengers of the Marine Express upon their arrival in the ancient past, he escorts them to his master.

Dondora was formerly the prime minister of the Mu Empire, serving its legitimate ruler, Princess Sapphire. He betrayed the princess and switched his allegiance to Sharaku after the sorcerer overthrew her peaceful reign.

Under Sharaku, Dondora acts as an enforcer. He leads a squad of ancient uniformed soldiers and obeys orders to capture the time-displaced passengers, imprisoning them after they refuse to assist in the sorcerer's plans. Sharaku intends to use the advanced technology from the Marine Express to secure his tyrannical rule over Mu and expand his power across time and space.

Beyond this narrative, the character Don Dracula appears in other media, including the video game *Astro Boy: Omega Factor*, where he resumes his villainous role working for Sharaku.
