Description
Designated the Škorpion vz. 61, Scorpion is a Czechoslovak machine pistol developed by Miroslav Rybář in 1959 and manufactured by Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod. Created initially for security forces and special operations, the weapon was adopted by the Czechoslovak Army for lower-ranking staff, vehicle drivers, and armored vehicle crews. Its compact, concealable design led to worldwide use by various armed forces but also attracted notoriety when certain terrorist groups employed it during the 1970s.

Scorpion’s design incorporates a hair accessory resembling her weapon’s folding metal butt stock. She wears an eyepatch functioning as a data scanner that records fallen T-Dolls’ identification codes. This capability allows Griffin & Kryuger commanders to retrieve pre-battle memory backups from servers for restoration into new bodies, as depicted in the manhua adaptation.

She features in promotional materials, including tutorial series for the Japanese release and expanded scenes in the manhua. Scorpion’s exclusive equipment suggests use of the vz. 64 variant chambered in .380 ACP, differing from the original .32 ACP. Her real-world counterpart participated in significant events like the Italian Red Brigade’s assassination of Prime Minister Aldo Moro.

An anecdote from her background recounts how Otakar Galaš, an engineer on the Skorpion project, demonstrated the weapon’s concealability by hiding it under a suit jacket and abruptly drawing it during meetings.
