Pinzu Monster emerges from the Legendary Pai—mahjong tiles that materialize as monsters once every century. Collecting all ten grants any wish. Initially posing as a human mahjong dealer at a high-revenue casino, the character falls severely ill, disrupting operations and forcing Kyoko Misaki to assume the dealer role temporarily. Later, Pinzu Monster attacks a woman in a shed, consuming her corpse. A witness observes this, prompting the monster to target them for elimination.

Multiple wish-seekers converge to confront Pinzu Monster for the Legendary Pai. During the battle, Tsukasa Ichimonji assaults it with machinery, seemingly destroying it. Pinzu Monster regenerates, declaring the attack insufficient for true defeat. The monster voices frustration when ignored amid the fighters' chaos. Ultimately, Kyoko Misaki—transformed into Suchie-Pai—defeats it by shattering the crystal on its forehead with a tornado technique. This causes Pinzu Monster’s body to vanish, transforming it into one of the Legendary Pai tiles.
