Rumi Sasaki works as a doctor at a hospital. She indulges her imagination through reading science fiction novels.

During a routine examination, the rabbit in her office undergoes a startling transformation into a girl. This girl persistently insists she remains a rabbit. Demonstrating notable composure, Rumi engages the transformed being in a debate over her true nature—human or rabbit.

Shortly after, when the girl declares herself extraterrestrial, Rumi questions her purpose on Earth. This revelation prompts Rumi to begin imagining various horror scenarios related to the alien's arrival.
