Meow is a female teenager with distinctive feline features, including animal ears, red eyes, and pink hair cut to neck length. She works as a stripper in Little Monica, a town transformed by oppressive rule into a place of debauchery, where her performances attract significant attention. She becomes involved with Will after he participates in one of her shows. Alongside Celia, Tina, and Mei, Meow joins Will's efforts to restore the town to its former cultural state.
