Description
Celia serves as the eldest of three sisters running Le Concert, their restaurant on the outskirts of Little Monica. After their mother Ingrid vanished without explanation thirteen years prior to the main events, Celia stepped into a surrogate maternal role for her younger sisters, Tina and Mei. Her core duty is preserving family unity against the town's decay under the harsh rule of Regent Kajo, who outlawed all music and imposed a culture of degeneracy.

She possesses a resilient, principled nature marked by strong will and positivity despite repression. Celia actively defies Kajo's authoritarian decrees, especially the ban on musical expression—a direct threat to her family's livelihood and traditions. Her leadership involves enforcing discipline within her household, as Tina, Mei, and their childhood friend Will sometimes exhibit frivolous behavior requiring correction.

Musically gifted like her siblings, Celia specializes in piano. However, Kajo's edict forces musical activities underground, making performances at Le Concert punishable by arrest and fueling her resistance. The family dynamic shifts when Will, the orphaned childhood friend, returns to Little Monica after years away. Celia welcomes him warmly, offering him a place to stay as he witnesses the town's deterioration.

A critical confrontation erupts when Kajo and his enforcers invade the sisters' home, demanding they undress. During this assault, a mysterious floating entity intervenes, playing a violin melody that physically sickens Kajo and forces his retreat. This incident reveals Celia's vulnerability to the regime's predation while introducing a supernatural element to her family's protection.

The sisters' mother, Ingrid, disappeared without a trace thirteen years earlier, a loss that cemented Celia's position as the family's emotional anchor. Her daily life revolves around managing the restaurant and shielding Tina and Mei from external dangers and their own carefree inclinations. Throughout the narrative, Celia's development centers on maintaining familial stability and cultural resistance against Little Monica's corruption, with her bonds to her sisters and Will serving as central emotional anchors.
