Description
Toshitaka Mikimoto, a male student distinguished by green hair and olive eyes, crafts an underground publication titled the *Atonement Newspaper*. Framed initially as a platform to sharpen his journalistic prowess, the paper covertly incites male classmates to target female students, accusing them of moral corruption and demanding punitive physical discipline. Mikimoto justifies these tactics as tests of journalistic integrity, yet his true fixation centers on Madoka, a classmate he covets with unnerving intensity.

The newspaper’s inflammatory rhetoric fuels violent and exploitative acts among students. Mikimoto begins as a passive observer, documenting the chaos under the guise of impartial reporting. However, his detachment erodes as he grows intoxicated by the power to manipulate peers. He increasingly engineers confrontations, discarding ethical constraints to eliminate rivals and control the escalating narrative.

His complicity deepens through collaboration with Ohbari’s faction, enabling coordinated acts of cruelty. Despite this descent into ruthlessness, his obsession with Madoka endures, intertwining self-proclaimed ideals of journalistic rigor with personal yearning. The repercussions of his machinations ripple beyond physical violence, entrenching systemic exploitation and psychological torment within the student body.
