Description
Identified as the younger Pichu Brother or Pichu Little, this character exhibits a notably more mischievous and impulsive personality than its sibling. At their junkyard hideout, it readily sparks arguments that escalate into physical tussles and electrical discharges when contradicted or restrained.

This impulsiveness triggers significant events: falling onto a skateboard during one argument propels it through a fence into urban traffic, requiring rescue by Azumarill. Separated from the group, its curiosity and opportunism lead it to climb balloon strings, resulting in an uncontrolled aerial drift over the city. This incident necessitates intervention from other Pokémon after Murkrow pops the balloons.

Reunited with its sibling, Pichu Little quickly resumes confrontational behavior, provoking another electrical confrontation. However, an unintended ice slide created by Azumarill, Smoochum, and Magby transforms their environment, leading it to embrace reconciliation through group play.

Biologically, its emotional volatility aligns with species traits; immature power-storage capabilities cause involuntary electrical discharges during excitement or agitation. Physically, it reportedly lacks distinctive fur markings, contrasting with its sibling.
