Doctor Yuusuke Fuwa carries a poor professional reputation that precedes him. Despite widespread disapproval, he sustains a working relationship with the loyal nurse Megumi. His medical career directs him to an island gripped by an outbreak of a mysterious disease. There, his patients consist of young women undergoing training to become nuns, known as the "holy virgins." Assigned as their primary physician, Fuwa is responsible for their medical care throughout the outbreak.
