Irene Noa has blue eyes and chest-length blue hair. Orphaned in a childhood car accident, she was adopted by the Christella family and raised as Fiasse Christella's sister. During their upbringing, Irene and Fiasse studied Japanese together, forging Irene's close childhood bond with the Takamachi siblings, Kyouya and Miyuki.
