TV-Series
Description
Blakbeetle is a female beetle-type Medabot serving as a dark counterpart to Saikachis, distinguished by black coloring and a metallic eyepatch covering damage to her left eye from Kilobot battles. Created by Kam Kamazaki within his Kilobot series, she operates with an experimental Neo-X Medal enabling emotions and independent thought, traits absent in standard Kilobots. Her parts emphasize power over speed, and she Medachanges into a tank form, trading mobility for enhanced firepower. Initially devoted to Kam, she relentlessly seeks his approval but is rejected and discarded after repeated combat losses. Escaping disposal, she undergoes repairs at Nae's shop, where interactions with Metabee force her to confront emerging emotions. Her arc intensifies when Kam transfers her Medal into the Gryphon body—an experimental Kilobot whose uncontrollable power drives her to rampage. Fearing permanent loss of identity and despising this form, she briefly flees before choosing to remain with Kam. During the Death Medarot Company headquarters' collapse, she allies with Ikki's Medabots to save Kam from debris, finally earning his recognition as a partner rather than a tool. Post-repair, her body features a restored eye without the eyepatch. In manga continuity, she fiercely protects nature by eliminating naturalized animals to preserve ecosystems, clashing with the Select Corps over wildlife disruption. In games like *Medarot 7*, she serves Azuma under Dr. Hebereke, betrays him to steal M-Drives, and is abandoned. Her model numbers include KBT-35, KBT-55, KBT05-F, and KBT05-FC across iterations, with later versions adding effects like Assail, Shooter, Pinhole S, Through Shot, and Aim to her parts and Medachange capabilities.
