Fixit is an Autobot Mini-Con and the medical officer of the Rescue Patrol team. He transforms into an ambulance capable of transporting up to three humans and possesses extensive knowledge of human anatomy and medical science. Fixit exhibits a lighthearted demeanor, frequently joking and teasing—especially targeting his commander, Stakeout. However, during rescue operations, he demonstrates complete professionalism, treating his medical responsibilities with absolute seriousness.

Stationed on Earth, Fixit collaborates with human allies such as Jan Minakaze and responds to rescue missions following Decepticon attacks. While not designed for combat, he prioritizes civilian evacuations and providing critical medical aid, retreating or calling for backup when confronted by enemies. Outside of missions, he spends downtime with Jan and other Rescue Patrol members.

The character debuted in the episode "Go Rescue Squad!" where his role within the team was established. His interactions often feature playful friction with Stakeout, whom he challenges with humor, though both work effectively together during critical situations.
