TV-Series
Description
Drome hails from the sunken civilization of Mu, dwelling within an undersea domed city. After a cataclysmic event destroyed their original continent, the people of Mu evolved potent psychic abilities. Drome wields supernatural powers on par with his rival, specializing in telekinesis. His personality is marked by ambition, vengefulness, and a brutish nature.
Each year, Mu hosts a battle to crown its strongest psychic. During one contest, Drome confronts Osper, a younger boy known for his strong sense of justice. Defeated, Drome reacts with fury and shatters the protective dome shielding Mu in an act of vengeance, subsequently fleeing to the surface world of Earth.
On Earth, Drome allies with malicious forces, instigating a series of unprecedented large-scale incidents ultimately traced to him. Osper repeatedly confronts him to resolve these crises, but Drome consistently evades capture. His actions escalate until he activates an ultimate weapon designed to annihilate Earth, triggering a final confrontation.
Cornered and facing defeat in their last battle, Drome confesses his motivations to Osper: his destructive rampage stemmed from jealousy and resentment over his prior loss. In his final moments, Drome reveals the location of the ultimate weapon, enabling its deactivation. This act allows both Drome and Osper to return to their undersea homeland.
Drome's arc traces a path from rivalry and vengeance to a complex, late acknowledgment of his own failings and a pivotal act of redemption. His abilities, particularly his proficiency in telekinesis, remain central to his confrontations throughout the narrative.
