TV-Series
Description
Doakuda, alternatively named Doakudar, stands as the central antagonist in the franchise’s inaugural series. A demonic conqueror, he seizes dominion over Soukaizan—a pyramidal, multi-tiered realm—enforcing his rule through a rigid hierarchy of generals and subordinates. His military forces span seven tiers, overseen by elite commanders like the Four Heavenly Kings. Among them, Don Goro emerges as a pivotal figure, both as a top strategist and mentor to Toraoh, Doakuda’s heir.
Toraoh, introduced as the "Demon Prince" of Makai and Doakuda’s son, initially opposes the protagonist before betraying his lineage. Their conflict peaks in a climactic battle where Toraoh turns against his father, sacrificing himself to weaken Doakuda and the Dark Dragon. His death proves temporary; resurrected by the queen of Mt. Soukai, he is unveiled as her lost son, Shoryushi. Yet traces of his demonic heritage linger, leaving his spirit entwined with both identities.
Doakuda’s tyranny thrives on calculated strategies, deploying specialized generals like Mariannette, Doctor Cosmo, and Bibide Baba Deboo to enforce control over Soukaizan’s tiers. These lieutenants weaponize environmental sabotage and psychological torment, each method reinforcing his unyielding grip on the realm.
Though later installments, including the 2025 reboot *Mashin Genesis Wataru*, pivot to new foes like Enjoda, Doakuda’s arc remains anchored to the original saga, his legacy defined solely by his initial conquest and downfall.
