Description
As Shadaloo's lead scientist in the animated film narrative, Senoh reports directly to M. Bison. He oversees critical technological developments, including the creation of surveillance devices called Monitor Cyborgs, deployed globally to locate and assess skilled fighters for recruitment or elimination. Senoh first appears presenting this technology to Bison upon the warlord's return, informing him of the failure to locate Ryu and expressing skepticism about reports of Ryu's power level, which earns a sharp reprimand from Bison demanding intensified efforts.

Senoh monitors global events via communication screens, relaying critical intelligence to Bison. This includes confirming the assassination of an Indian prophet by Shadaloo operatives. Analyzing Monitor Cyborg combat footage, he identifies Ken Masters, noting similarities to Ryu's fighting style, leading Bison to target Ken for capture and brainwashing. He later raises concerns about Cammy White's Interpol detainment, showing Bison footage of her interrogation by Chun-Li and fearing she could regain memories and expose Shadaloo. Bison dismisses these concerns by deploying Sagat to eliminate her. In his final communication, Senoh successfully tracks Ryu to Thailand, enabling Bison's personal pursuit. Following the Shadaloo base's destruction and Bison's apparent defeat, Senoh's ultimate fate remains undetermined.

Beyond the film, Senoh makes a brief cameo in *Street Fighter Alpha 2*, depicted alongside Bison preparing Ryu for brainwashing. Brazilian comic adaptations identify him as Dr. Haruo Ichihara, formerly chief of Shadaloo's scientific division, with "Senoh" serving as an alias.

Physically, Senoh is portrayed as elderly and somewhat frail. He wears a white lab coat bearing the Shadaloo insignia, has a bald head with long pink hair on the sides, and facial features often showing a near-toothless mouth. His personality combines unwavering loyalty to Bison with a serious, dutiful approach to research; despite this loyalty, he voices concerns or doubts to his superior when he deems it necessary.
