Consistent operational assignments in the same geographic region as Max forge their regular alliance in safeguarding peace and confronting threats. In combat, he employs the Power Hammer as his primary offensive weapon, complemented defensively by the Earth Shield. Following the initial television series, E4 Power is absent from the sequel "Ultra Radiant Express Hikarian" ("Lightning Attack Express"), which features a new Hikarian modeled after the same train type without addressing E4 Power's subsequent activities or whereabouts.
