Description
Rinko Sumeragi is the sole female member of the Dash Warriors racing team and the younger sister of the team's coach, Kaidanji Sumeragi, a former Formula One car designer.
Her primary machine is the Dash-5 Dancing Doll, an open-wheel Mini 4WD car with a curved bodyshell, a large blue canopy, and three fans for enhanced downforce, which she received from her brother Kaidanji in the poster manga *Shin Dash! Yonkuro*. In the sequel series *Hyper Dash! Yonkuro*, she upgrades to the Dancing Divine Doll, a machine that shares similar initials with its predecessor.
Rinko occasionally serves a motivating role within the team and has been documented slapping teammates Shinkuro Minami and Yonkuro Hinomaru to break them from selfish or negative behavior patterns.
She typically wears her hair in an odango style, though she is observed letting her hair down more frequently as the story progresses.
After the Mini 4WD Championship story arc concluded, the Dash Warriors team disbanded, only to be reunited later for the events of *Hyper Dash! Yonkuro*.
