Description
Kingan begins as an ogre prince within the Gaming World, a dimension accessed via a demonic WWII-era computer. He initially antagonizes a gnome clan that believes Midori Asai is their prophesied hero due to her legendary sword. Confronting Midori, he instantly proposes marriage and attempts to force his affections upon her.

Midori outmaneuvers him by agreeing on the condition he shrinks in size. Once diminished, she binds him, and a gnome elder breaks off his horn. Consuming the horn grants Midori permanent command over him; disobedience would melt him to death. She renames him "Horny" (or "Tsunotaro" in Japanese), transitioning him into a comedic servant role.

His abilities include transformation, such as becoming a key to activate interdimensional portals when inserted into Eganko's body. He accompanies Midori, Norikazu Hanyu, and others back to the human world after their Gaming World quest.

Later episodes acknowledge his princely background without exploration. He remains enslaved to Midori, participating in schemes like Eganko's botched love potion plot in Episode 3. His personality reflects forced subservience and sporadic lustful urges toward Midori, though he cannot defy her will.

The manga confirms the permanence of his enslavement via the horn ritual, preventing any return to his original antagonistic role. His princely status receives no further development across official media.
