Erika attended Keimon West Private High School as part of the Takamatsu Group and participated in bullying Shota Doi. She dated the group's leader, Takamatsu, and witnessed multiple harassment incidents against Shota, including one where Takamatsu burned Shota's thigh using her cigarette.

Five years later, addicted to drugs and living in a refugee district, she was found by Karen Kamiya. Karen offered a supply of pills in exchange for cooperation. Under threat of severe punishment, Erika became Shota's "pet," forced to perform humiliating tasks like cleaning restrooms and licking his old wound. Kept chained in his room, she witnessed his intimate encounters, displaying visible resentment but complying due to her drug dependence.

During a bombing attack on the school, Shota shielded her from debris, marking a turning point. Following this, she entered rehabilitation and overcame her drug addiction with Shota's support. After recovery, she reappeared in his life, indicating a shift from her previous role.

Erika has average height, long blonde hair usually styled in a wavy ponytail with bangs, and red irises. She wore the school uniform: a blue jacket, white blouse, red suspender skirt, blue socks, and white shoes.

Her personality evolved significantly: initially prideful and arrogant within the Takamatsu Group, she later displayed desperation and submissiveness due to drug dependency and fear. Post-rehabilitation, her demeanor suggested a calmer, more reconciled state.
