His gaunt face features a distinctive toothbrush mustache, complemented by a mullet-like haircut and two large cow-like horns protruding from his head, forming an intentional visual reference to a historical political figure. Functioning as a key strategist and field commander, Hidler first appears monitoring the conflict between the Dinosaur Empire and humanity. He seizes the opportunity to exploit their mutual destruction for the Hyakki Empire's benefit, advising Emperor Burai to let the two powers weaken each other, drawing parallels to historical geopolitical strategies. He oversees multiple operations against humanity and the Getter Team, displaying confidence in his soldiers and tactics. His personality is marked by pride, determination, and loyalty to the empire, maintaining a defiant attitude and mocking his enemies even in dire situations. A significant mission involves his pursuit of the Andromeda virus, a human-created biological weapon. After a scout unit is destroyed by Getter Robo G, Hidler pilots the flying fortress Jeronigan to retrieve the virus. During the ensuing battle, he taunts the Getter Team about the virus's human origins. This confrontation leads to the Jeronigan's destruction by Getter Robo G, resulting in Hidler's death as he is crushed within the wreckage.
