Hyuu arrived in Popolocrois from another world when a dimensional rift, caused by GamiGami Devil's failed castle transport, struck Flornel Forest with a beam that opened a pathway for her and her companions, Sanda and Ston. She belongs to the Wind-kind race, marked by a distinctive crest on her chest, and has blue hair styled in three ponytails—one on each side and one at the back. Her personality strongly emphasizes independence and freedom, frequently asserting that Wind-kinds must remain solitary. Yet, her actions betray a deeper longing for connection and affection. She initially befriended Pietro, the prince of Popolocrois, but later betrayed him, stealing his powers to aid GamiGami Devil in seizing the kingdom. This forced Pietro on a journey to reclaim his throne and strength. GamiGami Devil is magically compelled by a love spell to adore Hyuu, though she does not return his feelings. Instead, she harbors genuine affection for Pietro and expresses a desire to stay with him permanently. Her companions, Sanda and Ston, are small monsters bearing the same Wind-kind emblem. The food-obsessed pink Sanda transforms into a thunder-controlling giant, while the critical yellow Ston, who often challenges Hyuu's selfishness, becomes a giant capable of creating windstorms. Their names derive from the Japanese words for "thunder" (Sanda) and "storm" (Ston). This storyline is exclusive to the first anime series, set between the events of the first PlayStation game *PopoloCrois Monogatari* and the second game *PopoRogue*. Hyuu does not appear in subsequent media, including the second anime series or later games, which focus on Pietro's son, Pinon, 15 years later. Her fate and activities beyond her initial narrative arc in the first anime season remain undocumented.
