Prince Cloud, a thirteen-year-old with blond hair and blue eyes, wears a blue tunic, white tights, and a crown. He first appears at Princess Silver's birthday celebration, using magic to petrify her parents and shield them from the Grim Reaper—a figure Silver initially mistakes him for. This act sparks Silver's quest, where Cloud reveals his royal identity and allies with her to defeat the Grim Reaper. A swordsmanship specialist, Cloud repeatedly intervenes to protect Silver from threats, particularly the Reaper's assaults.

Throughout their travels, he critiques Silver's twelve bad habits—including selfishness and vanity—fueling belligerent tension and arguments where she declares hatred toward him. Despite this friction, Cloud displays protective loyalty, rescuing Silver during critical confrontations with the Grim Reaper or when her boasting jeopardizes the group. He occasionally reciprocates her romantic feelings through ambiguous gestures, such as accepting her dance invitation after their initial quest concludes.

Cloud's involvement extends beyond this mission. He intermittently rejoins Silver's group during their pursuit of two escaped angels, though not consistently. After resolving that conflict, he permanently joins the traveling party alongside Silver, Stonston, Araessa, and Punya to explore the kingdom.
