TV-Series
Description
Employed by Time Lease, robot 2-3 serves as companion to Sokkyu Gou, Ran Houmu, and Harubou. His primary duties involve piloting the Tokkyu-Saurus mecha and later the Tokkyu-Mammoth, directing Ran and Harubou on tasks upon reaching destinations. His design draws partial inspiration from C-3PO, featuring a built-in chest tape deck enabling him to play and sing along to the Tokkyu-Saurus theme and related tunes.

2-3 possesses a habit of unfiltered speech, frequently divulging personal feelings or confidential information unintentionally, complicating situations and hindering secrecy. His role at Time Lease diminishes significantly in the series' latter half, especially after Gou's identity as Ippatsuman is revealed. While Ran and Harubou gain increased responsibilities like operating the Sankan-Oh's turrets, 2-3 is reassigned to piloting the Relief-Car, a role with minimal mission impact.

A key episode, "2-3 is a Spy," sees him encounter robot Piroko while searching for a lost ball. Unaware Piroko is a trap set by Clean Evil Trio member Kosuinen, he becomes infatuated. Kosuinen incapacitates him and implants a spy cassette into his head, enabling covert surveillance of Time Lease. This cassette later triggers reprogramming, compelling 2-3 to drive the Tokkyu-Mammoth off a cliff in a suicide attempt with Ran and Harubou. Ippatsuman intervenes, using psychic abilities to detect and eject the cassette, restoring 2-3 to normal function though leaving him unaware of events after meeting Piroko.

Eleven years later in the Royal Revival OVA, 2-3 appears as a commentator for a race involving various villain trios. He is the only participant not originally aligned with antagonists from his series and reluctantly supports the Clean Evil Trio during the event. No other appearances in spin-offs, movies, or additional OVAs are documented.
