Sekobitchi Ivanov serves as a core member of the villainous Ojamaman trio within the Time Patrol organization. Driven by childhood academic failures that contradict his early aspirations for greatness, his persistent insecurity fuels a relentless ambition to become the world's most renowned scientist at age 31.

As the team's scientist, he develops time-travel technology and designs animal-themed mechas for altering historical events. His creations encompass Mix-and-Match Critter mechas blending animal traits, later models featuring obscure species with educational segments, and sabotage gadgets targeting the Otasukeman's spaceship to ensure Ojamaman arrive first at destinations.

Sekobitchi displays vanity regarding his intellect and appearance, reckless enthusiasm for untested inventions, and frequent clumsy mishaps. He pursues unreciprocated romantic interest in teammate Atasha, irritating her by habitually using predecessors' names. He carries a pendant purportedly holding his "beloved's" photo—later revealed in the finale to contain his own portrait, exposing his self-absorption.

His design follows the series' Expy tradition, resembling prior Terrible Trio scientists, with narrative lampshading about his familiar appearance and Atasha struggling to recall his name. He maintains competitive dynamics with teammate Dowalski over Atasha's attention. The finale exposes his past manipulation of the Time Patrol's Hinebot, enabling Tomomot's communications.

A future-set episode features his descendant Ojamavader as a Darth Vader-inspired enforcer for Tomomot's lineage. Spin-offs, movies, and OVAs introduce no further character development beyond the main series.
