Movie
Description
Tommy Himi (Tomoki Himi in Japanese media) is the youngest DigiDestined. Sheltered and doted on by his parents, this upbringing fostered initial immaturity and dependence, creating friction with his older brother Yutaka Himi. Yutaka's attempts to encourage independence were met with resentment.

Initially, Tommy displays significant timidity, selfish tendencies, and cries when faced with adversity. He appears cowardly, immediately trying to flee the Digital World and relying heavily on others for decisions. However, exposure to the Digital World catalyzes his growth. Tommy develops courage, resourcefulness, and a willingness to confront danger directly. This shift is exemplified when he saves Takuya Kanbara from Candlemon, awakening his Human Spirit of Ice and allowing him to Spirit Evolve into Kumamon (Chackmon).

His arc emphasizes overcoming bullying and fostering forgiveness. Bullies Katsuharu and Teppei force him onto the train to the Digital World. Later, encountering them in Steel Town, Tommy initially reverts to fear but ultimately stands his ground. He further demonstrates maturity by risking his life to save Teppei from danger, leading to an apology from his former tormentors and eventual reconciliation. Tommy's pure-hearted nature recurs, enabling him to purify corrupted Digimon like reverting WaruMonzaemon back to Monzaemon in the Toy Country. This purity also helps Takuya regain control during a berserk state as BurningGreymon, with Tommy's emotional resilience breaking through the anger.

He wields the Spirits of Ice, granting two primary evolutionary forms:
* **Kumamon (Chackmon)**: His Human Spirit form, resembling an ice-themed teddy bear, first achieved protecting Agunimon from Candlemon and Wizardmon.
* **Korikakumon (Blizzarmon)**: His Beast Spirit form, resembling a yeti-like creature, obtained in Akiba Market after proving his bravery and honesty to Datamon during a confrontation with Petaldramon, facilitated by success in an arcade-style game.
A Fusion Hybrid form, **Daipenmon**, is referenced in supplementary materials like the D-Tector virtual pet but does not appear in the main series.

Tommy forms a strong bond with Takuya, who acts as a protective older brother figure partly because Tommy reminds him of his younger sibling, Shinya. This dynamic helps Tommy reassess his relationship with Yutaka, leading to greater understanding and appreciation for his biological brother's intentions. Tommy exhibits specific talents, including video game proficiency and unexpected culinary skills. He takes initiative cooking at Hamburger Village, contributing to the creation of the "Pure Burger," named for his pure-hearted motivation. His theme song, "Kōri no Theme" (Theme of Ice), and its vocal version "Say Yes!" reflect his resolve to fight alongside friends despite fear.

He participates in the final battle against Lucemon, lending his spirits to form Susanoomon and assisting in rescuing Koichi Kimura using the collective D-Tector power. After returning to the human world, he reconciles with Katsuharu and Teppei, playing soccer with them and other children, indicating full integration into a peer group. Post-series, Tommy is noted as a high school freshman years later, while other teammates attend university.
