Pequeño Miños, also called Kisoushi Little Minos, is a bio-mutant engineered by the antagonist Devil Zeus as a weapon specifically designed to defeat the protagonist Phoenix. Despite his small size and childish appearance, he wields significant combat power and exhibits cunning, cruel behavior. His core narrative purpose involves confronting Phoenix directly as Devil Zeus's instrument. During a critical battle, he nearly overpowers Phoenix but is ultimately wounded and forced to retreat when Phoenix allies with Tiki. Following this defeat and subsequent indulgence by the Akuma faction, he betrays Devil Zeus and the Akuma forces, switching sides. This betrayal marks a major shift in his role within the conflict. Beyond the main *Super Bikkuriman* anime series, the character appears as a playable fighter in the Super Famicom video game adaptation, selectable in versus mode alongside other series characters.
