Little Minos is a bio-mutant engineered by Devil Zeus as a weapon specifically designed to eliminate Phoenix. Despite his diminutive stature and outwardly childish demeanor, he wields considerable power and exhibits traits of cunning and extreme cruelty. His primary mission involves executing Devil Zeus's commands to target Phoenix, demonstrating both strategic intelligence and ruthless efficiency in combat. During a significant confrontation, he nearly defeats Phoenix but is forced to retreat after Phoenix and Tiki combine their strength, injuring him.

Following his retreat, Devil Zeus orders the Akuma faction to care for him. This period of recuperation leads to a pivotal shift, and Little Minos ultimately betrays the Akuma faction, abandoning their cause for unspecified reasons.

Within the video game adaptation *Super Bikkuriman*, he appears as a selectable character exclusively in the versus mode. This playable status contrasts with the story mode, where only Phoenix and Tiki are initially available. His characterization consistently emphasizes the juxtaposition between his childlike facade and his formidable, dangerous capabilities, alongside his capacity for treachery against his creators.
