Description
Ikemen Muscle, son of Harabote Muscle and brother of Jacqueline Muscle, hails from Planet Harabote. He inherits his father's position as chairman of the Chojin Olympics, overseeing tournaments and match operations. Despite proclaiming fairness, he readily contradicts this principle with statements like "you can't stop evil with fair play," demonstrating how pragmatism trumps rules when advantageous. He exhibits sadistic tendencies mirroring his sister but lacks her bloodlust, often showing visible disgust toward excessive violence. His shrewd business acumen restores the bankrupt Universal Chojin Committee to solvency, frequently devising profit-driven schemes like gambling ventures. While claiming to despise cowardice, he displays his own, fainting during violent matches and clinging to Jacqueline in fear of supernatural elements. He harbors deep insecurity about his appearance; frequent ridicule of his face clashes with his personal pride in his looks, triggering emotional breakdowns when mocked. His appearance includes a blond wig covering cropped hair or baldness, thick eyebrows, brown eyes, a prominent nose, a red chin-piece, and a kanji on his forehead. He stands 6'2" (190 cm) and parades a gold chest-piece, skirt, cape, knee-length boots, and forearm protectors, topped with a green-sheen fin.

Initially antagonizing Mantaro Kinniku, echoing his father's rivalry with Suguru, Ikemen actively undermines Mantaro during the Chojin Olympics: The Resurrection arc. He recruits opponents like The Ruralman to defeat him. Following Mantaro's victories, Ikemen feigns civility but attempts covert attacks, such as forcing an Octopus Hold under the guise of excitement. He demonstrates clear bias by refusing to disqualify Kevin Mask for rule violations due to personal interest and profit potential. Envy of Jacqueline surfaces when he embarrasses himself trying to steal attention from her, tearing his trousers on stage. An unexpected moment of shared attraction to a female wrestler sparks camaraderie with Mantaro, marking their friendship's beginning. Flashbacks reveal childhood bullying over his appearance and differences from Jacqueline, who tormented him and stole his possessions. He resents her perceived superiority and fears she might usurp his chairman position.

Later arcs show Ikemen transitioning into a supporting role. In the Demon Seed arc, he assists in rescue missions, offers match commentary, and provides comic relief alongside Mantaro. He tackles Mantaro to prevent reckless actions during battles, expressing confusion over such impulsive heroism, though Rinko later contextualizes this as dedication to friends. During the Ultimate Chojin Tag Tournament, he presents awards alongside Jacqueline and participates in strategic discussions about interdimensional threats. He retains his cowardly traits, retreating to a secret room aboard a spacecraft to avoid danger. His relationship with Jacqueline evolves into mutual respect and occasional affection, despite lingering rivalries. She uses respectful language toward him, while he employs casual nicknames like "Jacqui," and they collaborate on decisions like creating the Punishment X Ring. By the series' conclusion, he fully aligns with Mantaro's pursuit of justice, solidifying his development from antagonist to ally.
