Mr. Takakura teaches at the elementary school where the main characters are students. He is a very silly and clumsy individual. His bumbling behavior frequently triggers comedic mishaps within the school environment. Mr. Takakura also harbors a romantic interest in his colleague, Miss Hanamura, who teaches at the same school.
