Description
Poseidon Elder reigns as a merciless sovereign of the oceans, commanding the Poseidon dynasty with an iron grip. His legacy is steeped in ancient bloodshed, having masterminded the obliteration of the prosperous Triton clan five millennia ago out of bitter envy—a massacre that spared only Triton himself. This act cemented his image as a tyrant hellbent on eradicating rival bloodlines to secure unchallenged dominion over the seas.

A tactician of cold precision, he weaves strategic manipulation with brute force to advance his agenda. By unleashing tsunamis to ravage coastal civilizations and shifting blame to Triton, he turns humanity against his foe. His warfare extends to dispatching his legion of 33 children to confront the lone survivor, though each heir falls in battle. A fleeting truce, brokered by the ancient sea turtle Ganomosu, exposes his pragmatism: he halts hostilities on the condition Triton executes a traitorous son—spawned from his deceitful union with a sponge masquerading as Pipiko.

Yet the ceasefire proves hollow. He perpetuates treachery, forging proof of his children’s demise and twisting human sentiment to isolate Triton. Their final clash erupts within his submerged fortress, where a climactic battle culminates in a cataclysmic explosion, obliterating the stronghold and consuming him. Even in death, his hunger for supremacy remains unquenched, sacrificing all to avoid surrender.

Poseidon Elder’s arc embodies unyielding tyranny, devoid of redemption. His machinations fuel endless vendettas and ravage ecosystems, mirroring the ruin wrought by absolute power. Beyond his demise, his shadow lingers: the animosities he ignited between merfolk and humanity endure, their worlds scarred by the aftershocks of his schemes.
