Description
Tiff, known as Fumu in Japanese, serves as the anime's deuteragonist. Residing in King Dedede's castle with her parents Sir Ebrum and Lady Like and younger brother Tuff, her family holds status through her father's Cabinet Minister role. Her parents often yield to Dedede's demands against her protests.

Physically, Tiff is a young girl with pale yellow skin, roughly twice Kirby's height. She sports long blonde hair in an ornate ponytail fastened by purple and orange clasps, alongside distinctive green eyes featuring three small lower eyelashes each. Her signature outfit combines puffy sleeves and a zigzag-separated pink top and light green bottom, completed by orange shoes. Her design diverges from Cappies in head shape, eye structure, and limb proportions.

Tiff displays sharp intellect for her age, pursuing interests in marine biology, archaeology, and environmental conservation. She collects seashells and partners often with Professor Curio. Yet she harbors a volatile temper, turning bossy or impulsive under stress—imposing ideals on others or resorting to violence. Naivety and stubbornness trigger missteps, like blaming Dedede without proof or succumbing to manipulation.

Meeting Kirby sparked her evolution; she anticipated a "tall, dashing knight" but became his primary caretaker despite initial disappointment. Meta Knight reveals only her genuine love for Kirby can summon his Warp Star from Kabu. Their bond echoes maternal or sibling dynamics: she shields him, balances his Star Warrior and infant identities, and stays fiercely loyal through doubts.

Her relationships intertwine complexity:
- With mischievous brother Tuff, she bickers yet unites against Dedede’s schemes or to aid Kirby.
- She shares mentorship and respect with Meta Knight but clashes over his pragmatic Kirby training.
- She fiercely opposes Dedede, recognizing his malice toward environmental harm and monster plots. He exploits her powerlessness yet avoids harming her physically.
- Cappy villagers respect her but resist her warnings of Dedede’s treachery.

Tiff matures from a critic of Dedede into a proactive strategist. Early frustration with others’ passivity gives way to devising monster countermeasures and mediating conflicts, like pardoning Sword and Blade Knight. Key growth includes valuing Meta Knight’s guidance after doubting him and prioritizing truth over theories. During Nightmare’s defeat, she retrieves the Star Rod to secure Kirby’s victory.

Core traits—protectiveness toward Kirby, environmental advocacy, and intellectual curiosity—endure. Yet she gradually curbs impulsivity and deepens insight into others. No subsequent Kirby media beyond the anime features her officially.
