Malícia, originally named Togenishia in Japanese, is a fairy driven by selfish ambition. Her ultimate goal is to seize the legendary Seven Color Flower from Lunlun during the latter's European journey. This flower represents the ruling power of the Flower Star, and its possession would grant Malícia the throne as queen.

She operates with her servant Yabouki, also known as Boris or Ivan, devising persistent schemes to disrupt Lunlun's progress or forcibly redirect her efforts toward securing the flower. Yet these plans invariably collapse due to Yabouki's incompetence and interventions by Lunlun's allies.

Malícia primarily attacks by conjuring a "Dark Wind" to hinder Lunlun, typically when she is assisting others or navigating obstacles. Throughout the series, Malícia remains an unchanging antagonist, portrayed as a comedic yet relentless adversary solely focused on seizing power.
