Chikutakubon is a servant robot constructed by Duke Fastener. He is responsible for managing human time inside the castle and transporting strawberries from Earth to the planet Calint. His operation is vital to the castle's functioning; without him, all activities cease. He possesses a notably noisy nature, which often proves irritating to those around him.

His duties begin with collecting strawberries from Button Nose's farm. During this task, Button Nose accidentally activates his spaceship, resulting in her journey to Hookland. Chikutakubon accompanies Button Nose throughout her subsequent adventures on that planet.
