Herb-obasan is Mint's paternal aunt, residing in the human world where she operates a gift shop called either "Happy Shop" or "Happiness Shop". Following Mint's arrival on Earth, Herb-obasan provides her shelter and guardianship—an arrangement established by Mint's father, the King of the world of dreams and magic and Herb-obasan's brother. The shop functions as Mint's primary residence and operational base during her Earth mission.
