Hiromi Ikeda is Chikae Ikeda's half-brother. He participated in the conspiracy that resulted in their father's murder in Nara, initially planning to employ supernatural forces to kill their mother for personal reasons.

After the Nara events, he defected from the conspirators. Hiromi now operates independently under the masked identity "Dragon King" (辰王, shinno). Despite his history, he sometimes aids the Ōgi exorcist team as an occasional ally.

A significant rivalry develops between him and Tsukasa Kenmochi, another potent spiritualist within the group. Hiromi Ikeda is a proficient magic user skilled in supernatural arts. His background and actions define him as a complex figure with shifting loyalties.
