Forged by Dragozaur leader Diamond Ryugu through the power of the Dark Crystal, Drago Tyran is a genetically engineered clone of Dino Tyranno. He commands the Drago Clones as their leader, directing near-identical replicas of the core Dino Knights who serve as shadow warriors for the Dragozaur forces. His physical design mirrors Dino Tyranno’s but features a distinct dark color scheme, and he wields the Tyran Slasher Sword as his primary weapon.

Drago Tyran debuts during a confrontation where he leads the Drago Clones against the Dino Knights. His demise occurs when Dino Ptera knocks him off a cliff mid-battle. He plummets onto Drago Ceratops below, resulting in mutual destruction. Drago Ceratops uses his final words to blame Drago Tyran for the incident.
