Witnessing the combat prowess of the original Galatt robot modified from Michael Marsh's Jumbow, Patty proactively sought modifications from Dr. Kiwi for her own personal robot. This transformed it into the combat-ready Patigu, enabling her to join Earth's defense against alien threats.

Patty pilots Patigu against invading forces, adopting a specific disguise upon activation: concealing her identity with a visor and donning a signature tube top and matching bottoms. Her parents' management of a supermarket and their laissez-faire approach granted her considerable freedom, fostering her proactive decision to fight using Patigu.

Patigu functions alongside fellow Galatt units Jumbow (#1) and Kamige (#3), forming a team defending Earth under Dr. Kiwi's orchestration. Unbeknownst to the pilots, including Patty, their battles generate illicit income for Dr. Kiwi; he secured funding by falsely presenting the Galatt units as extraterrestrial aid under his exclusive control.
