Description
Urume, the venerable village druid of Halvar's Viking crew, stands as its oldest member. His deep well of knowledge encompasses village sagas and ancient legends, establishing him as a respected source of wisdom. While he lacks Vicky's flair for imaginative solutions, his contributions lie in providing essential historical and cultural insights during their adventures.

Renowned for his fairness, Urume serves as a mediator in disputes among the Vikings, fulfilling a vital judicial role within the community and acting as a stabilizing force during conflicts.

A pivotal mission revealed unexpected depths: when deception became necessary, Urume improvised a lengthy, convincing poem lamenting misfortunes, showcasing previously hidden talents in poetry and acting. This moment fundamentally redefined his position, cementing his role as the crew's primary bard and poet from then on.

His musical inclination is evident through the harp he carries, played during celebrations. However, his artistic expressions, whether poetry or music, frequently fail to resonate with his fellow Vikings, who typically disregard or undervalue these contributions.

Within village traditions, Urume embraces multifaceted roles, including participating in cultural ceremonies in cross-gender portrayals, such as embodying the goddess Hel during theatrical depictions of Norse mythology.
