Known as Billy Kenjou in Japanese and Ylly in the Italian adaptation, this character is the pilot designated Gundan II who operates the robot Bullcaesar, called Sfondamento Galattico in the Italian version. He is one of four youth pilots recruited by Professor Yuri to form the Machine Blaster Corps, a team created to defend Earth from the invading Mogul civilization, an advanced society residing beneath the ocean. The pilots operate under the leadership of Ishida.
